We provide the RICS Homebuyers Report along with the Full Building Survey. As an RICS Registered Valuer practice, we are also authorised to provide market valuation reports. The practice covers all parts of central and south-west London.

How to arrange a condition / valuation report

1. Phone or email for a quote (for email, see Contact page)
2. Quote will be given verbally or by email
3. If you wish to proceed, reply by email or phone
4. Terms and conditions (T+C) will be emailed/posted to you
5. Read T+C and if satisfied, sign and reply by email/post
6. Access to the property will be arranged
7. Surveyor carries out property inspection (subject to suitable access)
8. Surveyor prepares the report and contacts you for payment
9. Surveyor emails/posts the report to you (after 3-5 working days, depending on report type)
10. Aftercare – phone the Surveyor with any questions/queries
